Refund policy

Luna Cotton guarantees a full refund of all items returned in the same condition as when you received them up to 15 days from the date you receive the Shipping Confirmation. This means that the products must be undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered or unworn and any labels or tags must be intact.

You can notify us of your return or cancellation decision via our mailing address lunaaslowfashion@gmail.com.

 

Once we receive your product, we will inspect the product and notify you that we have received your returned product. After inspecting the product, we will notify you immediately about the status of your return.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).

 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
